Protect your construction company against disbursement fraud

Abstract: Many contractors take steps to secure their job sites to prevent equipment and materials theft. But not all do everything they can to protect their bank accounts. The goal should be to make sure every disbursement is for authorized and received goods or services and is recorded accurately.
